The Sunfish™ Industrial and machine LED series
Application
These power, industrial strength, LED fixtures provide exceptionally bright and nautural white light (5,000 Kelvin) over a wide surface area. They are built to endure the hardshest machine and industrial environments, including severe levels of water/coolants/lubricants, vibration, dust and flying metal debris, ideal for machining centers, inspection stations, presses, EDMs, screw machine and indutrial task lighting.
Superior Features
• Average LED life of 43,800 hours. Changing bulbs every decade becomes a new standard.
• Pure bright white illumination at 5,000K.
• Totally watertight IP67 (waterproof under pressure) to withstand heavy levels of water and coolants.
• Smart driver technology provide non-stop and equalized illumination, regardless of diode failure.
• The casing is built with Super Acrylic tubing It is virtually unbreakable even in the most hostile environments of heat, vibration, and metal debris.
• The external ballast is inline with the cord, this allows the fixture to be used in hostile applications while keeping the expensive ballast dry and out of harm's way.
• Fixtures ship standard with 25 feet of SJT oil resistant cabling and grounded plug.

• Exceptionally bright - offering 8,000 Lux at 16 inches with 5,000 Kelvin LEDs, giving pure, white illumination
• Totally watertight fixture receiving the highest IP67 certification (waterproof under pressure). Chip resistant glass lens. High quality 6 foot SJT oil resist grounded wire and plug.
• 67° of illumination, 5 points of positioning and oversized knobs provide precise and accurate light disbursement to the work area. A large T-bar handle provides operator safety and ease of positioning
• Average life of LEDs are 10 years, or approximately 44,000+ hours
• Fixtures are made of anodized aluminum that will not rust or corrode in harsh environments
• Available in 120 volts (LED-2000 series) and 24 volts (LED-1000 series)
