APPLICATION

These powerful, industrial strength, fluorescent fixtures provide exceptionally bright and natural white light (4100K), over a wide surface area. They are built to endure the harshest machine and industrial environments, including severe levels of water/coolants/ lubricants, vibration, dust and flying metal debris. Ideal for machining centers, inspection stations, presses, EDMs, screw machines and industrial task lighting.

VIRTUALLY INDESTRUCTIBLE ACRYLIC LENS

The "Super Acrylic" outer casing (lens) is remarkably resilient, virtually unbreakable, and lightweight for use in the most hostile environment. It is built to endure extreme vibration while remaining waterproof in the wettest conditions. Optional polycarbonate and borosilicate lenses are available.

Whether you need a 26 watt light in a small area or to illuminate a large EDM tank with 80 watts, THE MILLENNIUM SERIES has the right fluorescent fixture for any industrial application. They are specifically designed for your machine tool or your production machine. The entire series is rated IP 67 (waterproof under pressure ) assuring resistance to moisture and coolant drenching. Secure bulb mounts ignore machine vibration. Standard, off the shelf bulbs are available worldwide offering an average life of 10,000-12,000 hours. "Super Acrylic" lenses resist flying debris and chips. Ballasts are pre-drilled for mounting, easily serviceable, and mounted away from the fixture for maximum operator safety and to ensure long life. Oil resistant (SJT), 25 ft., grounded, cording is standard. All fixtures ship complete with bulb for "Plug 'N Light" installation.
